I Acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands and waters on which I live and work. I pay my respects to the elders past, present and future of all First Nations peoples of this land; including the Whadjuk Noongar people and the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, on whose lands my work is most often based.
Gray & Gray (Bread & Wine) is a small restaurant and wine bar in Northcote, taking it’s name from the old solicitors signage remaining on the tenancy frontage to High Street.
The design of the project was undertaken in collaboration with Hearth Studio. Our design approach aimed to deliver an intimate space that offered a respite from the busy street context and to provide a setting that would support a connectedness between the staff and their patrons.
